2. What sizes are your books available in?

• Our journals come in various sizes. Each size offers its own unique benefits, whether you prefer portability or ample writing space. You will be able to find the size of each one on the description page. 

3. Are your books eco-friendly?

• Sustainability is important to us. Our supplier is committed to recycling waste materials resulting from printing process and from daily operations.

4. Can I personalise a book with my name or logo?

• Currently, we do not offer personalisation services. However, we continually explore ways to enhance our offerings, so stay tuned for any updates regarding customisation options in the future.

5. Are your books suitable for fountain pens or markers?

• Our journals feature high-quality paper designed to minimise bleed-through and feathering, making them compatible with various writing instruments, including fountain pens and markers. However, we recommend testing with your preferred tools to ensure compatibility.

6. Do you offer bulk discounts for journal purchases?

• Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders for individuals, businesses, schools, or organisations. Please contact our customer support team on support@laleki.com to inquire about bulk pricing and customisation options for large orders.

7. How long does shipping take for book orders?

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with standard shipping to the UK taking 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary and more information is available on the checkout page.

8. What is your return policy for books?

• We offer a hassle-free return policy on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Books must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

9. Are your products drop shipped?

• No! All of the books we sell have been designed by us and we package them all ready to be shipped too. The only thing outsourced is the printing. 

10. Can I subscribe to receive new book releases or promotions? 

• Yes, you can subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on new journal releases, exclusive promotions, and special offers. Simply sign up on our website to join our mailing list and never miss out on exciting updates!
